I live in Austin, TX so I'm hoping some of you guys could help me out here.

I have a 98 Honda Civic hatch DX that I'm in the process of upgrading. So far I have purchased a new air intake, exhaust, and rims. Hopefully, soon I will be getting a Turbo Kit and Cat, but that'll ahve to wait until I have more funds.

So I have the intake system (which will replace my stock plastic air take) and exhaust, but I don't know where I could take my car to get these mods done. I've called a couple of places and the exhaust seems like it could be welded on for about $40 bux, but I'm still baffled on the intake. It looks simpl enuf to install, but I'm such a car n00b. Maybe you guys have some suggestions? BTW, I'm just trying to make my car funner to drive since I plan on keeping it longer than I originally thought.

Thanks! :)

intake is ubber easy. head of to clubsi.com and ask there, they should have some documentation.

It took me about 2hrs to install mine and that was because i had to take a wheel off and pull the wheel well apart.

theres a place my roommate takes his honda to, its 1 block west of lamar on the street one block south of kramer... its on the right hand (north) side of the street when coming from lamar. dude does excellent work. if i'd have known he did nissan as well i'd probably be driving a used 2K max SE instead of a new se-r right now, but those are the breaks. dunno if he'd do the aftermarket work but i don't see why not
