With FWD 4 Cyl drivetrain intact? None that I know of. Lowest is Paul Smith's van last I checked which turns in mid 12's.

$40k into it, and he can't even get $5k out of it. I have no idea why people build cars like this and put them up for sale as soon as they're finished, they lose tons of money.
