sorry for another car thread guys..but yeah..heheh there's the thread about 1.5k cars, <5k cars....k now my turn...my budget = 5-8K

I was thinking maybe get a new car and pay off the monthlies....but i can probably only pay off about $150 a month @ best for the next 1 year...

what's a great great car that's reliable and has a bad resale value?

The reason why i want one w/ a bad resale value is this:
I heard maximas have bad resale value, but they're great cars. My roommate has a '92 maxima w/ 220K miles and runs like a dream still. He snatched that up for 4K in 1999...

well, I wouldn't mind accords and camrys and such..but so many people have them, and yes i know, they're nice cars. But I want something different and reliable for around 5-7K.

Maxima is higher end, so you could take advantage of the bad resale with a sentra, if money is your primary concern.
