I took my car in for inspection, and it's pretty clear they're trying to rip me off.

I need a link to the Pennsylvania inspection rules...the complete guidelines mechanics must follow when inspecting a car (if they exist online). I'll pay $10 paypal to the first person who posts the link.

at least in VA...these are REQUIRED to be posted at the inspection station... be careful, if something breaks while they're inspecting it they will be pricks about it....the asshat at the gas station down the street slammed my hood so hard, it broke my latch, then he failed me...i stood there and watched him do it then he denied he did anything wrong...bastards
