From looking at the maint manual from Dell it looks pretty easy to remove the processor in my 9300. However, is it possible, through a BIOS upgrade to support a Core Duo processor?
I'm guessing no, since it seems more popular on the FS/FT forum to sell Pin Modded 9300s, and I haven't seen anyone say it was possible. Just checking.
My 9300 only has the 1.73ghz Pentium M. I use it for alot of gaming, and crunching Folding, so the extra core would be useful.
