End of June my 12 months with t-mobile is finished. I'll probably stay with them. Will I be able to get another free phone like I did the first time if I agree to another 12 months?

If you're wondernig why I can't call them a) It's 7:55, and b) easier to post here :)

typically you qualify for a free phone every 2 years. It's all negotiable anyway so it can't hurt to ask...

I've also wondered about this, as well. I like their service and coverage, so I want to stick with them, too. The free WAP access has spoiled me.

Which phone are you looking at as a replacement?

Their new retention is to allow you to get a deal on a phone like you are signing a new contract.

Well, considering I can get a phone and keep my number with any other provider they will have no good argument on why I shouldn't just switch, if they're not unwilling to give a new phone :)

i was with at&t wireless for a few years and when i told them i was going to switch because company X had a cool phone, they offered the same phone to me for free as long as i signed a new contract.

ps - i have t-mobile now and probably am close to the end of my contract as well. please keep us informed. i want that new sony ericsson.
