Looking rough.

they could afford to have a helicopter pick them up if they wanted, why not just pay for a limo or taxi?

It's cool to be arrested and charged for DUI. Attention whores are probably advised to either make a "tape" or get charged for DUI... thank Paris for that.

Most people that drink will have driven past the limits the government has set.

That said almost all that drive drunk never injure more than their own car...it's not a problem, it's profit.

I hope more and more get these low level DUI's so they push the limits up to where it'd be justifiable to arrest someone. Also they need to reevaluate the testing methods.

she's hot.

On a scale of "Washed up daytime talkshow host" to "Victoria's Secret Model"... she ranks in the lower half. Trashy is not hot. Neither are eating disorders.

I don't want to get into a whole DUI argument, but I'll leave it at this comment:

Nobody can decide to accidentally kill someone while driving under the influence, but you can decide to just not drive under the influence. Whether the risk is your own vehicle in the majority of situations or not, it's not a risk worth taking.

It's a shame that there are so many repeat offenders brushing it off in Hollywood. As much as I like Keifer Sutherland, I'm glad he went to jail.
