12 minute power outage, but yeah, it delayed the ship's return to port. And yet another black eye for Carnival, even in the wake of their announcement of $300 million worth of "improvements" to prevent stuff like this from happening.

12 minutes in the big scheme of things is much ado about nothing. If Carnival hadn't had problems earlier this year this wouldn't have made the news

Thanks for sharing but you know very well that no one cares ... that is unless you are entertaining, and you have been VERY entertaining lately.
 
As one that spent some time on the ocean as a career, 12 minutes without power is fairly far from an insignificant event.
