looking for someone or multiple people who have used this head unit and or installed it and opinions on it.
no need for brand bashing or any other wars to start, just want opinions on this unit and why i should or shouldn't buy it.

obviously, crutchfield is having a sale and this looks to be a really really good deal for all i could ever use it for.
4v preouts
xm ready
mp3 decoding
nice big face plate
etc
any opinions would be highly valued!

punch 250 for the sub

AWESOME DECK, AWESOME Price. I would buy it now if I needed one. I have a 9815 right now, but the 7998 is freaking sweet.

its not a bad deck...I am just not a fan of Alpine. Also it is motorized, which I hate. More moving stuff means more stuff to break.
