The new 750ml swingtop ceramic bottle is pretty, and I'm looking forward to bottling some homebrew in it.

Hoppy aroma but DEAR GOD is this bitter. Would age well... I think it's got 150 ibu's to guiness's 60? Dayumn...
The high alcohol comes through , and it's generally a bit rough but the intensity of flavor is enough to keep me hitting the bottle!

Would age well and I may get one or two to lay down for a year or two.

Me too. I recapped the Rogue halfway through and moved on to a nice oatmeal stout, tasty, especially since crushed ice, much like you'd put in a margarita, is falling from the sky in buckets.

:)

Not getting up tomorrow, if I can help it.

How does it compare to Bigfoot? The shop had Moster Ale on sale for $6.99/6, but I'm sure it'll be too rough around the edges.

America is going through a really intense hop phase right now. The high abv's I can handle, as long as I have a cold, concrete floor in the closet.

Try the Yeti Imperial stout. It's a bit sweet, but still fantastic.
Bigfoot is rounder and IMO milder.

Bigfoot fills you up, not a good beer for a football game or something. I suppose it should be filling as if it wasn't I'd get pretty hammered, though
