I think in WI it just got lowered to 0.08. I forget the cutoff date, but after a certain date, any states that aren't 0.08 lose federal money.

You do know that an officer can charge you in most states if he thinks you are impaired even if you don't hit the "limit"? It's called officer discretion.

I think it's two or more drinks within an hour for the average person. Of course it varies from person to person.

Yes, but once you go get the blood/drug test and it is negative they send you on your way.

Yea, but you car is now 10, 20, how ever many miles away. So have fun walking. But I guess that will give you some time to think about drinking ANY amount of drink and then trying to drive.
