I made the mistake of buying a hotwheel game for my kid. It didn't want to install even though my machine has the required hardware and software. I took it back to BB and had to listen to some kid tell me why I can't return it.....blah blah blah. However, I kept saying that was unsatisfactory and I got them to give me a return.


grr. BB sucks so bad...
 
..you can't return opened games, videos, etc. You can only get a substitute for the game if it doesn't work.

It's policy at almost all stores that sell games and videos.

Apparently you can return opened games, however they didn't have any other copies on the the shelf and that might of been why they made an exception to their policy.
