YAATOTRT: How come people 'drunk' mash the keyboard incessantly?

I don't understand this. If someone posts 'im drunk' why do they always need to follow it with a 'asdpjhasuipy07dajsdh asdasldjalskhdas9780uyadaslkdashd' or some other form of 'confirmation' that they are indeed drunk?
