So I've got two days a week that I've got enough time to get to the gym. Tuesdays and thursdays... I think the break between thursday and the next tuesday is going to be bad.. 
Can't help that really, 8a to 8p mon, wed, fri.
So I was thinking about breaking it up like this:
Tuesday- Legs, biceps, back
Thursdays- Shoulders, chest, triceps
With each day started with streching/20mins cardio, and side bends/situps.
I've broken the groups into incompatible threes so I don't overwork any overlapping group (tricep/chest?) since I've only got the two days.
I'd like to have three days, but saturdays are unpredictable, and I don't want to break routine.
Plus I think I'll go two weeks bulk, two weeks cut.
What may be a better way to slice up these two days?
