Officially got word my raise is going through as well as new official job title of Systems Administrator. Getting a 30% raise but I've taken on a lot of responsibility the past 6 months and have some more to take on in the near future so I'll be making sure I earn every bit of it.

So other than being busy, which I like, I had a great day today.

Grats. Got 2% which is the max and I'm still at least 15% underpaid.

Congrats. Our merit increases are next month, so we'll see what I get. Definitely not 30%.

Thanks! We continually take on more and I've been heading a lot of that for our team. It's been busy.

Hopefully you guys get some good bumps to make it worthwhile. I understand most raises are more in line with 2-5% and wouldn't have been disappointed with that, but have known for a while with what I'm doing id be eligible for a decent bump...was thinking more like 10-15% but I'm very satisfied with what I got.

That stinks. Feels like we're all underpaid for what we do. Do you work at a larger company or for a large department?

large company and they got me nearly out of college so I started lower than experienced professionals who come in. They don't get many raises either, but you can see why it doubly sucks for my types.
