I think if you have discussion categories that span multiple topics, then "forums" would be more logical. But seriously, this is just about preference so I think it really depends on what the ____ is.

SkateForum.com > SkateForums.com IMHO (just an example)

Riiiiiigghhttt... but I was saying I prefer the Forum to Forums. The use of > was for quality, not quantity.
