3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. (1 mL) cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. (90 mL) sugar

In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar to soft peaks before adding sugar.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry. Mixture should be glossy.
Spread meringue, sealing carefully to edge of pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven 350 F (180 C) for 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool. Chill thoroughly.
Note: When topping a pie, be sure that the meringue touches the inner edges of the crust; this will keep it from shrinking.

I know egg whites are involved.

And NO you can't just use "something else" you may have "on hand" that resembles egg whites.....

i had this strange dream...

about 20 of us were riding horses down a large dirt minaret shaped mountain. (similar to all cartoons involving the rhyme "she'll be riding 6 white horses when she comes".

anyway, my horse lost it's footing, and i was catapulted off of it into a '50's diner. i woke up just before i crashed through the roof. it was to my best reccollection about a 50 foot drop.

What does it mean!??!
 
i had this wierd dream. i was trying to have sex with this fugly girl.

EDIT: thinking back, this was a nightmare. i hope i havent really become that desperate.

Actually i was hoping they would lock this thread. thats why i changed the title! It started kule but went to the crapper
