That's a great deal, definitely go for the 128MB card. Just remember that if you want dual-head, some of the Vteks may not offer it. If the card has a DVI-D out, it'll only drive one monitor at a time, either via DVI-D (digital) or DB15 (analog). If it has a DVI-I out, then you can drive two monitors at once. You can tell which is which rather simply: DVI-D has only a horizontal indentation on one side, while DVI-I has a cross.
