XSPC Res Laing Top

So I just got the XSPC Acrylic Res Top for my Laing pump and the screw threads were not cut properly on one of the holes for the barbs, the inlet tube from the top is way off kilter, and the two pieces of acrylic that make up the res and the pump top don't look like they are glued together properly.

Should I ask for a refund or is this not typical of XSPC products and ask for a RMA? Anyone with any experience with XSPC products care to comment?

Take pictures of it and contact the OEM ASAP so they don't think you are the one that f'ed it up

EDIT: FYI, I had to use a wrench to screw both barbs in completely. I haven't have a problem with my top yet.

I just bought two of these and the build quality has been excellent. I would contact your supplier and get an RMA asap.
