XP's running as MP's. Making them more stable?

He is probably referring to the L5 bridges which need to be unlocked in order for a XP chip to run in SMP. However, if you currently have two XP chips running in SMP then there is no need to unlock L5 bridges since they are already unlocked.

If and only if they are both smp unlocked. Originally the XP chips were smp unlocked, but for the past couple of months AMD has been factory cutting the L5 bridges of random shipments of XP chips. It is now a game of luck, but the L5 bridges can be unlocked just like unlocking the multiplier of the chip.
