xp64 or vista

i will need to reinstall my xp, i have vista beta 2 or i can trade my xp pro for 64 bit one with my friend who bought one, but wants 32bit?


i mainly play games, download alot (torrents), cd and dvd durning...is either of those a good choice? i full understand that vista will be buggy, but i had very negative exp with beta 2 of xp back in the day, or should i just reinstall regular xp back, specs are below

check the other vista threads - I think some people reported that gaming was slow currently so that may not be your best bet
