This board has no multiplier or voltage adjustments, so forget about o/c'ing this board. OTOH, this combo is only fifteen dollars more than the best price for the CPU, alone, on pricewatch. If the motherboard is nothing more than stable and reliable for what it does, it's a dirt cheap solution for a damned fast machine. You could get the combo, and sell the board for enough to buy something else useful.Originally posted by: az4dan
also, can u overclock this thing? and to what speed.

I want to jump on this but I don't really need an upgrade until the summer... Hmmm, do you think this is a one time thing, or do you think they will keep having nforce 2 ultra deals like this?

Hard to tell... the KT333 board seems to be the regular deal. Frys has been pushing AMD combos lately, though.Originally posted by: zerodeefex I want to jump on this but I don't really need an upgrade until the summer... I'd get this, but they're going to open a new Fry's about 5 miles from my house (Concord Ca.) in 2 weeks and I'm hoping for a Grand Opening Sale special deal.
This store was first planed over 2 years ago and I have been driving by to check on progress since then. Been a long wait!
