XP2500 too hot?

Hey All,

Just installed my xp2500 and set the fsb to 200, with 11 times multiplier. I have an SLK900 heatsink with 92mm enermax fan. Temps are still around 50 celcius under full load. Is this too hot? I am guessing it is because I have a dinky 60mm case fan, thats all 🙁

That's fine. The chips are rated to 85C. Next time search and you'll find many topics on 'Is my CPU too hot?'.

The temps are within range. Try getting a bigger fan for your case and you'll see some improvement. 🙂
