XP2100+ and A7V133 bios1008???

All,
Wondering if anyone has installed an XP2100+ on an Asus A7V133 mobo? The board's cpu multiplier only goes to 12.5X (dip switches) which would give me XP2000+ speed (1667mHz) but the Asus tech paper says that the A7V133 is "compatible" with the XP2100+ when flashed to BIOS 1008 or later... the XP2100+ (1733mHz) would have to be at a 13.0X multiplier... maybe BIOS1008 enables higher multipliers in "softmenu."

I'll spring for the faster chip if it will work, but....?????

The 1008 bios adds new multiplier settings to support the 2100+ on a A7V133... at least in theory.

Where can I get a copy of the Asus white paper? I have an A7V133 with a AMD Athlon 850 that I would like to upgrade. What I want to know is which processors are compatable (tbird KO, XP, MP, etc).
