Should do some nice crunching over time. :D I cannot wait to upgrade to an AthlonXP system, but stuff just keeps coming up, like car repairs. :(

Awesome!!

My slightly overclocked XP1600+ with 512 of PC133 usually gets about 4:15-4:!7....with a few times as low as 3:47....you should be able to crank out quite a few with your DDR... :)

That is the board I use for my crack rack :) With 1800s I am getting an average of about 3:32 :D

:cool::D

That should help your stats and average time out just a little bit!

I'll hopefully upgrade to an XP soon, gotta wait on next pay day!

2nd WU in....4:05 :D

Not bad for a $62.00 motherboard that has everything built in (Video, sound, and LAN)! :D

I am using two of the ECS K7AMA boards (ALi chipset) and they take 1 hour longer per WU than this board....makes me want to replace them (ah heck, makes me just want to add two more beside them to bring the average down....hehe :p)

www.pcsupplysource.com :)

Oh, and it was $60.00 for the board and $7.00 for shipping. Also ordered the Ram (128M DDR PC2100 - $27.00) on that order.

The board seems to support 333MHz RAM (Not sure what PCXXXX speed that is)....as I cranked it up last night but backed it back down because I'm not going to be here so I wanted stability....may take it from 266 to 333 on the DDR when I get back (seemed OK what little I ran it) :)

The board doesn't support PC2700 speeds. There are some BIOS settings for overclocking and with better ram it might help but as for official support it doesn't do it. I have been able to successfully overclock one up to 147MHz FSB without changing CPU voltage and the other I had to do at 137MHz FSB.

I am adding two more nodes to the rack, just ordered the parts, XP 1800+s but this time I am going to try a board with the VIA KM266 all in one chipset and see if it is faster than the SIS 740 or not :)

I will report my findings. The items should arrive mid next week and I should have them up and running by next Saturday. This should take me to 100+ WUs per day :D
