I was poking around at overclockers forums and saw this link
he has a 252mhz fsb with an epox 8K3A+
hard to believe
apparently he has a modded bios to keep the pci in spec cause there is no way a 1/4 divider would let him survive that

I also saw some guy claiming to have a 1600+ laptop T-bred and getting it over 2ghz (which isn't hard to believe if he has one)

A Palomino core 1600+ at 2.27GHz? Yeah, that's a bit hard to swallow. I can definitely see TBred 1600+s hitting 2GHz, though. Especially TBred-B cores.

i've got an Agoia "Y" 2013 XP1600+ and I've had it booting at 1.9. my system is WAY LESS then optimal. I'm using a Swiftech MC370 HS with a cheap fan and 256MB Crucial PC2100 cas 2.5. I'm sure I could ursurp 2.0 or even higher soon as I get my SK7 and my PC3200.
