XP120 with vantec

Just mount the xp120 and vantec 120mm stealth fan.

Im using
Asus - P5AD2-prem
P4 3.0 775 @ 3.0
AS5

When first mount the hsf, temp for idle is 57 and load at 75.

Is this normal?
Ive checked the AS5 application, I did the rice grain thingy and twist right and left a bit (the hsf that is).

Is it true that it will take time before AS5 work properly?

Can u guys explain me what actually happened?
