Xp wont install!

Please help me,

I have got Windows Xp home upgrade edition and i am trying to install it . I have installed it once on this computer but then i took it off and installed linux. That didnt work so now i want to install Xp again.

So i deleted all the partions and made a new one with all the memory on it and formatted it. After this I go through the setup until it reboots. It says it will continue with setup after this, but it never does. It just boots back up to CD again and repeats the whole process. :S

Ive tried reseting the CMOS and also trying different partition sizes. I dont know what to do nothing works and it just wont start up into the setup part. Any help would be appreciated.

After it reboots quickly go into the bios and change your first boot device to your main hard drive instead of your cdrom.
Save and exit.

When it comes back up, it should continue the installation.

That should get ya going!

Try "fdisk /mbr". Maybe your boot record is hosed.
