XP user account defaults?

We are installing some XP Pro systems here at work, and my question has mainly to do with folder settings. When I install XP pro on a system, I set myself up as a local administrator. I then go in and set everything I can back to Classic Windows -- Start menu, desktop, folder views, etc. However, when we create a new user and set them up, their account has everything back to the XP defaults. Is there an easy way to set it so that all users have the same Windows Classic views?

On a related note, is there any way that every program I install will, by default, be installed for all users of the machine? Currently, it defaults to only installing them for me, even though the folders are accessible by anyone.

Thanks.

As for the first part, yes. Log on as a user, set up everything the way you want it...log off and log on as the administrator. Right click My Computer, go to properties and then the advanced tab. Under user profiles you'll see a settings button to click on. Highlight the user you created and click Copy to. Hit the browse button and drill down to Documents and settings and copy the profile to Default user (Note you will only see the Default user folder if, under folder options, you've selected show hidden files and folders). A prompt will pop up saying a profile already exists...just overwrite it and you should be good to go.

Good luck.
