Yes, to you and I it's not that complicated. In fact we can probably each do it in our sleep.

However, never forget that there are lots of people out there who know jack shit[/b] about computers.

And if you don't believe me, check out the tech support horror stories on the internet. Heck we even got a few ones in here

I know what you are saying, but is that SP2's fault. I mean when you first install it, it gives you one of those baloon things and you can learn about it. Not only that, your average user is better off with the firewall on anyhow.

While there will always be people who have trouble with simple things on computers, the plain fact is it's SIMPLE to turn off the firewall even if you aren't a computer guru. The CP has been around forever, and if you simply click the firewall icon, it's pretty self explanatory to figure out.

*shrug*

If someone is too stupid to figure out how to turn off sp2's firewall then they are probably better off it it's left on.
