XP Skin - Without a Shell

I'm looking to get a skin for XP, I want everything the same as the default ones, but just a black theme, I dont want to run any 3rd party shell programs or anything like that..is this possible?

Yeah, but you have to buy some special hardware for it. Try this

It's actually very easy and clean. You need the uxtheme patcher. Then, go to www.themexp.org, and download the "visual style" you want. There are quite a few black ones in there, just gotta look. Searching "black" ain't a bad idea either.
