XP Setup Freezes

Whenever I try to install xp on my bro's pc it gets stuck at exactly 14 minutes remaining (When it is registering components). This was the case with 2 XP CD's so I figured that wasn't the problem (They worked on other pc's). Is there anything that can think of that's causing this?
