XP Refresh Rate fix for Intel Onboard Graphics?

I have a new Gateway that came with onboard video. I know XP has the refrexh rate bug and Im wondering if there is a fix for my graphics chip. My other box has an Radeon 8500 and I know there is a refrexh fix for that but can I use the same fix for a different graphics setup?
