Are there any major differences and any major reasons to go and spend the bucks at Best Buy to purchase it.

Or am I basically getting the same thing with RC-2?
 
Probably just a few bug fixes, stability. But since RC2 is supposed to run out after 180 days, might as well buy a new copy
 
i had a few minor problems with rc2. i couldn't go online cause my nic card wasn't supported. they fixed that with the final though
