XP Programs Start Minimized..........

Anyone else here have the problem where XP starts some programs minimized so small they are unusable and you can not resize them????? Only happens with a few programs but it's a pain in the ass.................🙁 Fix anyone?????😉
 
Wow.........Nobody else on A/T has this problem????? Dang.......I thought all problems could be solved here...........🙁 LOL!🙂
