XP problem

I just got a new Linksys LNE100TX Version 5 ethernet card, and I wanted to replace my old 3com NIC with it, but i installed it in XP along with the newest drivers, and it doesnt work. It recognizes the card, but won't allow me to access the internet with it...help

Yeah, got it from the website (had to use my old NIC to download it though)
