XP Pro Shutdown Problems

I have Windows XP Pro and I have a problem, whenever I shutdown I get this blue screen error:
Its says something about IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and it also has some suggestions but none of them seem to work. At the bottom of the message it says something about 0x0000000A (0x000002D4, 0x000000ff, 0x00000000, 0x804E9D48) *I may have missed a few zeros

Any ways doesn't anyone know how to make this problem go away, I am gonna try un-installing some recently installed software and drivers.

Usually when I have problems shutting down, its an application that windows cannot close or caused an error.
so you will problably fix your problem by doing what you suggested...uninstalling suspected softw.
Try installing each with a reboot afterwards. One of the agrevating things about windows...reboot...reboot.
