for some reason "save target as" is disabled and im wondering it's a virus or something was disabled in registry?

any ideas?

Did a quick search on Google and it seems you need to TURN OFF the Content Advisor (Under Internet Options --> Content).

yeah, i searched on google right after i posted that, and content advisor seems to be it too
