XP Pro install

I have windows 98 on my PC and want to either reinstall XP Pro now. I have slow 10g hard disc, but I have new one from Maxtor 60g, which is much faster but does not support Windows 98.

I would like to reinstall the XP along with the new disc without losing the data on my old disc. Any advice?

I think your best bet is to set up your 60 GB drive as the master and the old 10 GB drive as the slave. Install XP on the 60 GB. You should still have access to the data on the 10 GB drive.
