I had two operating systems on two seperate hard drives.I did away with one,and when I restart the computer it still want me to choose which one to go to.How can I get it to stop giving me the choice and just boot up?I was going to do a search, but it`s about time for some sleep 🙂 Thanks in advance

I was having problems with XP,and I got a deal on a hard drive,I put ME in first, but it was getting agrivating(i`m used to xp)so I put XP corp. on it .I finally figured out my problems in my legit XP and deleted the corp. version on the other hard drive.I re-partitioned and formated the hard drive, just going to use it for storage now,but I still get the screen at the beginning to choose which XP Professional to boot to.

Search your Hard Drive for Boot.ini. There will be 2 entries listed under operating system. They will read along the lines of 'fast detect Microsoft Windows XP Pro/corp', delete the entry for the removed os.

Good Luck
