What are the "contacts"? Are those the white dots? I dont have my xp yet but its coming in a week so I'm preparing. 🙂
 
ive already bought my superglue 🙂 took me about 20 minutes at walmart to pick out what i thought would do the best

my xp is on the way i need to find me a repair kit and ill be set

Same here, what glue did you choose? I got the crazyglue gel. Hoping it'll be less likely to leak under the tape.
Got my rear window defroster repair kit, magnifying glass, fine paintbrush, packing tape, and of course my multitester.
Now if only newegg will get around to shipping my xp.
 
i got the regular old crazy glue.... i unlocked my xp last night... it was such an ordeal, but it worked and im happy, i got the xp1700+ running at 1669 right now (12x139) 1.85v and it appears to be stable
