XP Outlook mail question

I just upgraded to xp, now i'm lost! I can't find where Outlook stores .PST files. How do you migrate your outlook files to xp? also I can't seem to find a "Favorites" directory under winxp to restore my bookmarks. Any info or direction to FAQ site would be appreaciated!

do you have the old ones?
if you want to import goto files-import- from another program or file, scroll down to .pst file then select to file to import.

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Favorites
