XP not deleting the print queue

XP refuses to delete a print job, so my HP Deskjet 932c is printing out constant garbage. I had to remove all of the paper, because even after turning the printer off and back on again, the jobs were not cleared from either the printer's memory, or XP continues to send pages and pages of jibberish. The print job was ONE page of graphics, and XP just lets the job sit there and has it marked as "deleting..."

How can I clear this crap out of the print queue???

Start button/Printers/.....double click on the printer............right click on the print job and select cancel. Then turn your printer back on.

Usually those deskjets are really fussy with the way you send print jobs and if you try to cancel them. The key is to turn the printer off at the wall for long enough so that its memory is cleared.
