XP License Question

I have XP installed on 5 of my machines. 4 of the disks don't have SP1 on them. Can I use the disk with SP1 to re-install on one machine but use the product number from the non SP1 disk?
Trying to save myself form having to d/l SP1 when I format/re-install.

you can just make a slipstreamed winxp+sp1 disk yourself.
