XP install error: 'missing shell32.dll'

When installing XP Pro (full edition, new installation, not an upgrade), I am halted by the error message 'missing shell32.dll'. Setup fails.

Any ideas? Thanks.
 
If the copy was made CD to CD, sometimes there are problems. Make another copy from your hard drive (image to CD) or use the original.
