XP ICF Log Reader

I'm trying to load this blasted XP Firewall Log Reader, but for the life of me I can't make it work. When I dclick the app it appears to start, but then it hangs with a window stating "Loading Firewall Log (creating application window)"

I've let it sit for several hours with negative results. ICF is running and logging is enable as stated in the instructions. Was anyone able to get this to work? Barring that, does anyone know of another app similar to this? I checked the regulars (google, HardForum, and Ars), but with no success. I've dabbled with different size logs and even went as far as recreating the log file so it wouldn't be affected by any size issues.

What do you mean "Half"? By the way, I'm already behind a little box called a PIX501. This is just for play and the damn software was pissing me off. That is all....

Half means!

It controls only incoming (like a Router does). It does not follow outgoing.
