XP how do I turn CD auto start back on Fireburner shut it off

FireBurner did a regedit and shut the auto start off and XP is messed up now..
dose not read new cds entered and will not strat of open when cd is changed

I keep autorun off all the time. You can start a cd from within Windows Explorer whenever you want to. If you want autorun on, the registry key in w2k is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM \CurrentControlSet \Services \Cdrom \Autorun 0 - zero for off, one for on - likely is the same in XP.

open my computer, right click on the cd drive and go to properties, click on the autoplay tab, and there you can configure the autoplay options.
