I was building 5 kits at once and in the past I would use 1 CD for all the Puters and just enter different Product keys...now come to find out that when I tried it the PK # 's wouldn't work except for the CD it came with so I had to reinstall each Rig with it's own separate CD :|

Is his new or am I missing something?... cause it's was and is a PITA if I have to do it this way from now on

These CD's came with SP2

These are all the same version -- like XP pro retail full, upgrade, oem, corp, etc? I know each of the four I just mentioned have different codes....

All the same versions {Home SP2}...I'm thinking that what I had done was unimportant by MS up to SP2 because I was entering in valid keys with COA's.

this does sound strange, as I always do the same, one physical disk, different product keys. As long as they are all upgrade (which means retail, no OEM upgrades) then it SHOULD work. Let us know what you find out.

I agree. I've done this many times before. It looks like you have other issues. What type of disks are you using? oem or retail, Full or Upgrade?
