XP font changed to OSX style. How do i change it back?

I transferred a file from OSX and now every font in XP changed.

you mean to the default OS X font? (chicago i believe?) to fix this, right click the desktop and choose properties. then go to the appearnce tab and choose advanced. then scroll down the various things and change them to either tahoma or trebuchet ms. or you could just choose the standard XP theme and it should fix it.
