XP doesn't boot

This is on a Dell Latitude 600C with xp professional. I've tried the restore but couldn't get past entering the correct admin password. There's no HD action either.
 
Use the CD and repair install the OS, or boot into SafeMode if you know that admin password [and you should!] and try another profile, see if it's just that one that's broken.
